🛠 Warranty Policy

Sampaguita Pickleball Store provides:

  • 7-Day Replacement Warranty
  • 180-Day (6-Month) Manufacturer Warranty (Service Only)

🔄 7-Day Replacement Warranty

This allows customers to inspect the paddle before use.

  • The paddle must be unused, with handle plastic seal intact
  • No accessories installed (overgrip, edge guard, etc.)
  • Applies only to:
    • Major factory defects
    • Deep scratches, large dents, or major paint defects

Not Covered:

  • Minor scratches or cosmetic marks (common due to shipping)
  • Any paddle that has been used or modified

🛠 6-Month Manufacturer Warranty (Service Only)

Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Conditions:

  • Valid for 180 days from date of purchase
  • Requires proof of purchase from Sampaguita
  • Valid only for the original purchaser (non-transferable)
  • Product must be brand new at time of purchase
  • Applicable only to products shipped within the Philippines

Warranty Coverage:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Workmanship issues under normal play

Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear (faded graphics, ball marks, reduced grit/spin)
  • Damage due to misuse (hitting ground, net, other paddles, etc.)
  • Edge guard wear from regular play
  • Modifications or unauthorized repairs
  • Abuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Commercial or rental use

Important Notes:

  • Defective items are not eligible for refund
  • Approved claims will be repaired or replaced with equivalent item/parts
  • Replacement paddles follow the original warranty period (no reset)
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for warranty claims
  • Sampaguita reserves the right to inspect and determine warranty eligibility
